Success Stories

With a differentiated proposal and in partnership with trainees from a large company, we created a collaborative board game which helped our client to expose its values and mission, in a transparent and dynamic way.

Candidates were surprised with an activity dynamic, different and contextualized with “facts” of an intern's day-to-day life.

The idea was that everyone would “win from the selection process”, the participants with added knowledge about the company, areas and us with an efficient behavioral assessment tool.

This innovative process resulted in us being among the 10 best internship selection processes in Brazil, according to research carried out by 99jobs.

Our challenge was to hire 52 Engineers specialized services for an aeronautical company in a period of 60 days. We rise to the challenge and 54 days ALL vacancies were closed!
Through strong publicity using all means of communication and in all capitals in Brazil and abroad, we attracted 5,020 registered.
There were 1754 tests carried out and more than 800 candidates evaluated in interviews and dynamics.
The agility and quality in this process were essential to the success of this project.

The challenge was to create a internal selection process within a large multinational with neutrality, transparency and equal opportunities for all candidates.

So we created a card game in the dark.

Candidates answered the question: - “Who am I and my main contributions”. This information was made available in a letter format, but with a “veiled identity”. Managers received the “deck” and were instructed to choose the 10 cards with the most attractive profiles.

In a process conducted by AlliançaRH we present the most “voted” candidates and reveal their identity. An impartial process where candidates had the same opportunity for exposure. Those with the most votes went on to individual interviews!

The results were 100% of positions closed internally and a satisfaction level of 87% on the part of candidates and 94% on the part of managers.
